Torta Markiza / Marquise cake

Pošto sam veliki ljubitelj slatkiša i torti,predstaviću vam jednu iz majčine kuhinje koju obozavam.Reč je o torti Markizi koja je pravo ludilo za ljubitelje čokolade jer ne samo što je ukusna već se i topi u ustima i siguran sam da ćete je zavoleti!


Potrebno vam je :

  • 16 jaja
  • 350g čokolade
  • 200g šlaga
  • 500g šecera u prahu
  • 500g margarina
  • 600g petit keksa
  • malo mleka

Priprema :

1. Umutiti 16 žumanaca sa šecerom u prahu a zatim kuvati smesu na pari 20-30 minuta.
Zatim ubaciti čokoladu dok se ne rastopi i ostaviti da se fil ohladi.
2. Za to vreme penasto umutiti margarin pa ga ubaciti u već ohladjenu smesu i mešati.
3. Penasto umutiti belanca  u sneg i dodavati polako kašiku po kašiku smesi (filu) i obavezno polako mutiti mikserom na manjoj brzini.
Keks utopiti u mlekoi redjati ga preko već postavljenog celofana u posudi. Preliti filom i lepo ga raspodeliti na sve strane,zatim ostaviti ga par sati da odstoji u frizideru da se malo stegne pa tek onda šlag staviti od gore i izdekorisati po zelji.

Since I am a big fan of pastries and cakes, I will present you one amazing chocolate cake recipe  which I adore. It is Marquese cake which is madness for chocolate lovers, because not only that is delicious but it melts in the your mouth and I'm sure you'll love it!


You will need:


16 eggs
350g chocolate
200g whipped cream
500g powder sugar
500g margarine
600g petit biscuits
some milk


Preparation:


Whisk 16 egg yolks with powdered sugar and then boil the mixture on steam for 20-30 minutes.
Then insert the chocolate until melted and let the filling cool.
Meanwhile, whisk the butter in foam , insert it in the already cooled mixture and stir.
Whisk egg whites foamy into the snow and add slowly to the mixture spoon by spoon (in filing) and slowly mix it with mixer on low speed.
Put cellophane in big stew pan nicely.
Biscuit dip in the milk and then line them up in big stew pan down and by side. Pour chocolate filling and nicely arrange it on all sides the same.Cover the top with biscuit previously dipped in milk.
Leave it fridge for a few hours to get tight and then decorate it with the whiped cream as you wish.
