U posudu dodati 2 pudinga od vanile i razmutiti sa ostatkom vode vode.
Povremeno promešati jabuke.
Nakon nekih 15 minuta kad su jabuke skuvane, dodati puding i nastaviti kuvanje i mešanje sve dok se fil ne zgusne.
U tepsiju veličine 21 x 36 cm postaviti petit keks.
Podelite fil na dva jednaka dela pa izlite preko keksa prvi deo fila od jabuka i fino rasporedite.
Rasporedite sloj keksa preko fila.
Pa izlite drugi deo fila od jabuka i fino rasporedite.
Zatim opet rasporedite sloj keksa i ostavite da se kolač ohladi.

Od 3 supene kašike šećera odvojiti 1 kašičicu šećera pa takodje dodati u mleko i promešati.
Ostaviti da kvasac nadodje pa prebaciti u smesu za mešenje.
Dodati ostatak šećera, 3 žumanceta,3 kašičice soli, dodajte jedan deo ulja od 2 dcl i jedan deo brašna od 1 kg.
Lagano rukama mesite testo,pa dodajte preostalo brašno i preostalo ulje.
Zamesite fino i meko testo pa prekrite krpom i ostavite na toplom mestu da testo nadolazi.
Kad testo nadodje premesite ga još jednom i ostavite još da naraste.
Podlogu malo nauljite pa prebacite testo na podlogu i napravite od testa oblik valjka.
Podelite testo na 8 jednakih lopti.
Nauljite takodje i oklagiju pa razvucite testo u krug.
Isecite nožem tako da dobijete 8 jednakih delova.
Na svaki deo dodajte po malo nadeva po želji.
Ćoškove presavite ka sredini malo potisnite pa zarolajte svaku kiflu.
Isti postupak ponovite i sa preostalim jufkama testa.
Raširite ih oklagijom u krug, nožem isecite na 8 jednakih delova, postavite nadev po izboru i ćoškove presavite ka srediti, potisnite i zarolajte.
Sve dobijene kifle prebacite na pleh obložen pek papirom.
Utucite 1 žumancete i par kapi ulja pa premažite svaku kiflu.

Kad su rebra polu skuvana dodati 300 g šunke,dolivati vode po potrebi da ogrezne.
Dodati 6 glavica isečenog crnog luka,3 lovorova lista.
Dodati 300 g pasulja pa promešati, takodje i 6 parčadi kobasice zatim preklopiti poklopcem i ostaviti da se sve kuva.
Sa vremena na vreme dodajte vodu da sastojci ogreznu i povremeno promešajte.
Dodajte 300 g krompira isečenog na kocke, vodu i ostavite da se sve fino skuva.
Prelazimo na pripremu zaprške.
U posudu dodajte 2 kašike masti da se rastopi i zagreje,dodajte 1 manju glavicu crnog isečenog luka pa propržite.
Dodajte 5 čena isečenog belog luka i nastavite prženje.
Dodajte 2 kašičice slatke mlevene paprike kao i 2 kašike brašna.
I mešajte dok ne dobijete zapršku.
Sipajte zapršku u skuvani pasulj i promešajte, dodajte i jednu kašiku sirćeta i kuvajte još nekih 15 minuta.

Razmutiti puding i šećer sa malo mleka od 1 litre.
Ostatak mleka sipati u posudu za kuvanje pa prebaciti da se kuva.
Dodati razmućen puding u mleko i skuvati ga pa ostaviti po strani da se ohladi.
Prelazimo na pripremu biskvita.
U posudu dodati 3 jajeta i 3 kašike šećera zatim umutiti penasto.
Mutite na najslabijoj brzini pa dodati 3 kašike mleka, 1 kašiku ulja, 3 kašike mlevenih lešnika,3 kašike kakaa,3 kašike brašna i 1 kašičicu praška za pecivo.
Dobijenu smesu izliti i rasporediti u nauljen i pobrašnjen pleh veličine 20 x 35 cm. Peći na 180 stepeni oko 25 minuta.
Utucite 300 ml slatke pavlake i ostavite po strani.
Ohladjen puding umutite mikserom u kremu.
Podelite ga na 2 jednaka dela.
U jedan deo dodajte 5 kašika svetlog eurokrema pa sjedinite mikserom.
U drugi deo dodajte 5 kašika tamnog eurokrema i takodje sjedinite.
Ispečen vreo biskvit prelite sa 150 ml čokoladnog mleka i ostavite da upije mleko i da se ohladi.
Utučenu slatku pavlaku podeliti na dva jednaka dela pa dodati jedan deo u svetli krem a drugi deo u tamni krem.
Sjediniti mikserom oba krema sa slatkom pavlakom.
Preko biskvita dodati prvo svetli krem i fino rasporediti.
Zatim dodati tamni krem i takodje fino rasporediti.
Utući još 200 ml slatke pavlake pa rasporediti preko kreme.

Sve rukama izmešati.
U posudu za mućenje dodati 2 jajeta, 1 čašu šećera, uz neprestano mućenje dodati 1 prašak za pecivo, čašu ulja, 2 čaše brašna kao i 1 čašu mleka.</span></span></div><div><span style="font-family: arial; font-size: large;"><span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">Koristili smo čaše od jogurta od 180 ml.
Tepsiju veličine 35 x 20 cm obložiti pek papirom pa izliti polovinu dobijene smese za testo i fino rasporediti.
Peći u zagrejanoj rerni na 200 stepeni oko 10 minuta pa izvaditi iz rerne.
Rasporediti fil od jabuka preko polu pečenog testa i lagano potisnuti prstima.
Izliti drugi deo smese od testa, rasporediti i peći na 200 stepeni oko 30 minuta sve dok ne porumeni.

malo bibera, 2 čena belog luka.
Sjediniti rukama sve sastojke.
U posudu pripremiti 100 g brašna.
Rukama vaditi od smese i oblikovati dugačke ovalne oblike, što je i tradicionalni oblik ovih ćufti.
Uvaljati ih u brašno sa svih strana i redjati na tacnu.
Postupak ponavljati dok se ne utroši sav materijal.
U dublji tiganj dodati i zagrejati ulje na srednjoj vatri.
U vrelo ulje dodavati lagano jednu po jednu ćuftu.
Pržiti ih sa obe strane dok ne dobiju zlatno braon boju.
Kad se isprže izvadite ih i poredjajte u posudu obloženu papirnim ubrusom ili salvetom da se iscede od suvišnog ulja.
Prelazimo na pripremu paradajz sosa.
U dublji tiganj dodati 1 kašiku maslinovog ulja, 1 srednje iseckani crni luk i propržiti ga.
Dodati pola kašike šećera i dinstati luk sve dok se fino ne karamelizuje.
Dodati 2 manja štapića cimeta, 4 lovorova lista, dodati 800 g pasirasnog paradajza iz konzerve i promešati.
Dodati 250 ml vode kao i 1 kocku kokošije supe.
Rasporediti ćufte u sos, preklopiti poklopcem i kuvati ih na srednjoj vatri oko 15 minuta sve dok se sos fino ne zgusne.
Za još lepšu aromu po želji dodati i malo origana kroz prste.
Kad sos dobije finu gustinu znaćete da su ćufte spremne.
Ovo jelo je najlepše kad se servira sa rižom.

U dublju šerpu dodati i rastopiti 1 kašiku masti.
Zatim dodati meso isečeno na kocke i pržiti meso na masti sve dok ne dobije malo boju.
Biće nam potrebno 2 l vode koje ćemo u navratima dodavati.
Dodati vode toliko da prekrije meso i promešati. Ostaviti da se kuva kratko.
Dodati biber u zrnu po želji, 4 lovorova lista kao i pomalo vode.
Dodati i 1 kašiku vegete, promešati, preklopšiti poklopcem i ostaviti da se kuva.
Kad je meso skoro pa skuvano dodati 500 g mešavine za rusku salatu kao i ostatak vode od 2 l.
Kuvati sve dok se povrće ne skuva. Kad se skuva odvojiti par kutlača čorbe u posudu i ostaviti da se ohladi.
U posudu odvojiti jedno žumance i dodati 2 kašike kisele pavlake zatim sjediniti.
Dodati odvojenu ohladjenu čorbu u razmućeno žumance i pavlaku i razmutiti sve.
Razmućenu tečnost dodati u gotovu čorbu i promešati. Vratiti na šporet da se kuva još nekih 5 - 10 minuta.

U pojedinim krajevima Srbije i Grčke sarma se uvija u lišće vinove loze a nadev se pravi od pirinča proprženog na luku. Na ovakav način sarme se spremaju za vreme posta. 150 g gauda sira iseći na pravougaonike.Na šniclu postaviti komad sira i zarolati i zatvoriti krajeve.
Isti postupak ponoviti i sa ostalim šniclama i sirom.
Karadjordjevu prvo uvaljati u brašno,zatim u utučena 3 jajeta pa na kraju u prezlu.
Isti postupak ponaviti i sa ostalim karadjordjevim šniclama.

Dodati 1 kašičicu soli i skuvati krompir.
Ocediti ga,pa prebaciti u dublju posudu za mešenje i ignječiti ga gnječilicom.
Dodati 2 jajeta.
Sjediniti krompir i jaja.
Lagano dodavati 400 g brašna i konstantno mesiti testo.
Dodavati u više navrata i 1,5 dcl vode u testo i nastaviti mešenje.
Mesiti sve dok se sastojci ne sjedine.
Sto posuti sa brašnom i postaviti testo.
Oklagijom razvući testo oko pola cm debljine.
Seći testo tako da dobijemo pravougaonike.
Spremiti oko 30 komada šljiva.
Na pravougaonik postaviti šljivu zatim zatvoriti je prstima okolo i oblikovati u kuglu.
Postupak ponavljati sve dok se ne potroši materijal.
U tiganj sipati malo ulja.Zatim dodati 150 g prezle i malo propržiti.
Pržiti prezlu dok ne dobije tamniju boju pa prebaciti u tepsiju pa dodati šećera po želji.
U posudu za kuvanje dodati kašičica soli i malo ulja sačekati dok ne počne da ključa.
Dodavati lagano gomboce u vodu i obavezno promešati.
Ostaviti da se kuvaju.
Gomboce su skuvane kad isplivaju na površinu.
Izvaditi ih i prebaciti u tepsiju sa prezlom i šećerom.
Posuti gomboce sa prezlom i uvaljti ih sa svih strana.

Čačkalicom izbosti svaku smokvu na par mesta.
U 2 dcl hladne vode dodati 2 kesice limuntusa.
Dobro promešati kako bi se limuntus rastopio.
Zatim preliti preko smokvi.
Dodati još vode toliko da se potope sve smokve.
Ostaviti da odstoji oko 15 minuta.
U medjuvremenu u dublju posudu za kuvanje dodati 4 dcl vode, 2 kg šećera kao i 2 vanil šećera.
Promešati šećer i vodu.
Prebaciti na šporet da se kuva sve dok se šećer ne rastopi i dok tečnost ne bude gustine meda.
Smokve ocediti pa lagano dodavati u ušpinovani šećer.
Smokve kuvati prvo na jačoj vatri a zatim smanjiti vatru i obavezno skidati penu svo vreme.
Šerpu povremeno blago protresti da bi se smokve podjednako skuvale, nemojte ih mešati kašikom kako se ne bi raspale.
2 limuna iseći na kolutove,izbaciti koštice i pred kraj kuvanja slatkog dodati u šerpu.
Ukoliko je preostalo pene skinite je kašikom.
Znaćete da je slatko gotovo kada na drvenu varjaču kapnete tečnost iz šerpe i ono se ne razliva.
Sklonite slatko sa šporeta i prekrite ga vlažnom krpom,ostavite ga da odstoji do narednog dana.
