Mimoza Salata / Mimosa Salad

Za ovu salatu mogu reći da je za svaku priliku. Možemo je služiti kao predjelo ali i kao prilog.
Kombinacija boja i fantastičnog ukusa čine je posebnom i zbog toga je veoma popularna na meniju za vreme slava.











Potrebno je:
400 g krompira
300 g šunke
250 g feta sira
4 kuvana jaja
150 g kačkavalja (ja sam koristio Emmentaler)
200 g majoneza
400 g milerama (ili pavlake)


Priprema :

Skuvati krompir u ljusci. Ohladiti ga, pa ga oljuštiti i narendati krupno na rende u prvoj činiji. Jaja, takođe, skuvati i očistiti i narendati u drugoj činiji.. Majonez I mileram sjediniti i umutiti viljuškom.
Uzeti dublju činiju za salatu, i rasporediti prvi sloj krompira . Preko krompira dodati jednu do dve kašike preliva( preliv od majoneza i milerama),premazati ga i rasporediti ga lepo .Dodati preko preliva par kasika šunke i lepo rasporediti .Zatim dodavati po rasporedu jaja - preliv - narendani feta sir - preliv. Ponoviti ceo postupak još jedan put i na kraju obilno narendati kačkavalj. Ukrasiti po želji.

For this salad I can say that it is for every occasion. We can serve it as an appetizer but also as next to main dish.
The combination of colors and fantastic taste makes it special and is therefore very popular on the menu during celebrations.

Ingredience :

400 g of potatoes
300 g of ham
250 g of feta cheese
4 boiled eggs
150 g cheese (I used Emmentaler)
200 g mayonnaise
400 g milers (or sour cream)

Preparation:

Cook potatoes in the shell. Cool it and then peel the shell it off and in separate bowl grat them on grater. Eggs cook also and after they cool down put them out from eggshell and grate them on grater also in different bowl.  Mayonnaise and millers mix together with fork gently till you unite them into nice filling.
Take a deeper bowl for the salad and in first layer add half of grated potatos. Over potatoes put one to two spoons of filling (from mayonnaise and milers) and spred it nicely. Then over filling add few spoons of grated ham and add filling also one to two spoons and spread it nicely. Then add eggs few spoons - dressing - the ordered feta cheese - dressing. Repeat the whole procedure one more time and in the end on top add grated a lot of cheese. Decorate as you wish.
