Voćne korpice / Fruit Tartlets

Ovaj desert ne samo da osvaja izgledom nego i ukusom, najlepši je leti kao osveženje ali ako pitate mene možete ga praviti u bilo koje doba godine a pogotovo ukoliko imate iznenadne goste ovaj recept je idealan za vas!




Potebno je :

Za korpice :

300 g brašna
150g margarina
2 kesice vanil šećera
1 jaje
narendana korica limuna
malo soli

Za fil :

2 kesice pudinga od vanile
500 ml mleka
100 g margarina
6 kašika šećera
250 - 300 voća (kivi,mandarine,jagode,maline)
2 bezbojna preliva za torte


Priprema :

Margarin ostaviti na sobnoj temperaturi da malo omekša i iseći na kocke, zatim umesiti ga sa brašnom,šećerom,vanil šećerom, jajetom i koricom od limuna.
Testo ostaviti u frižideru da odstoji sat i po do dva sata.
Zatim razviti testo na debljinu oko 0,,50 mm i obložiti u podmazan i pobrašnjen kalupčić.
Peći na temperaturi 180-200 stepeni oko 15 minuta pa ih izvaditi i ostaviti na platnenoj krpi dok se ne ohlade.
Puding i šećer skuvati u mleku i ostaviti da se ohladi nakon toga dodati margarin i umutiti.
Napuniti špric sa filom i ispuniti korpice.
Iseckano voće poredjajti po filu (dekorisati po želji) i preliti lagano sa 2-3 kašike preliva za torte koji ste pripremili po uputstvu.
Korpice ostaviti u frižider da se ohlade i posle toga korpice su spremne za degustaciju!

This dessert is not only stunning by the look but also by the taste, it is the most beautiful at summer as a refreshment, but if you ask me you can make it at any time of the year and especially if you have surprise guests this recipe is ideal for you!


It is necessary:

For tartlets :

300 g of flour
150g margarine
2 bags of vanilla sugar
1 egg
Lemon peeled Cover
Little salt

For cream :

2 packs of vanilla pudding
500 ml of milk
100 g margarine
6 teaspoons of sugar
250 - 300 fruits (kiwi, mandarins, strawberries, raspberries)
2 transparent cake covers

Preparation:

Place the margarine at room temperature to soften a little and cut into cubes, then mix it with flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg and a lemon bun.
Leave the dough in the refrigerator for an hour and a half to two hours.
Then develop a dough at a thickness of about 0, 50 mm and put it in a oiled and floury mold.
Bake at a temperature of 180-200 degrees for about 15 minutes and then remove them and leave on a cloth until they cool down.
Pudding and sugar boil in milk and leave to cool afterwards to add margarine and whisk.
Fill the syringe with the cream and fill the tartlets.
Cut the fruit by the fillet (decorate as desired) and sprinkle lightly with 2-3 tablespoons of transparent cake covers that you prepared according to the instructions.
Leave the tartlets in the refrigerator to cool down and after that the tartlets are ready for the tasting!
